Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.
Profile information: Display name, bio, avatar, and role selections you provide during onboarding and in settings.
User content: Songs, credits, split sheets, journal entries, tasks, service records, product catalog items, and other data you create within the App.
Uploaded files: Documents, images, and other files you upload to the ownership vault or other sections of the App.
Usage data: We may collect information about how you use the App to improve our services.
We use your information to: provide and maintain the App, personalize your experience based on your roles and onboarding answers, enable features like the checklist engine and AI guidance, process payments for subscription tiers, and improve the App.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data. File uploads are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payment processing). Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
If AI-powered features are enabled, your role and onboarding information may be sent to AI service providers (such as Anthropic) to generate personalized guidance. No financial data, passwords, or uploaded files are shared with AI providers.
You have the right to: access your data through the App, export your data using the export features, correct inaccurate information through the edit features, and request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email.
